Worst service at Tevo

I would give them zero of you allow it. I purchased 4 vacuums from them, they work abit and then stop. I paid for my last repair and bought another spare. The new one broke down few months later again and I handed it in at Tevo Boksburg on February. They wanted to charge me R250 for a machine that was only 6 months old. We then went into lockdown so they were closed. I requested my machine back over two months ago. Spoke to the people at Boksburg, spoke to the people at head office and still haven't received it. Why does it take so long to send bac**** These people at Tevo have the worst service ever. They don't know what's their job description and how to carry it out. Completely ***********.
