Worst online shopping experience ever - do not shop online on tevo.co.za

I ordered a Tevo product online on the tevo.co.za website almost a month ago. I have not received the product or any updates from them at all, not even an email. I've tried to phone numerous times. Their national help line number doesn't exist anymore. I finally got through to the Johannesburg office last week. The guy that spoke to me said he would follow up and phone me back immediately. I'm still waiting for that phone call. Can't get hold of them at all now. I would highly advise against doing any online shopping on tevo.co.za. They will take your money and not send you the items you ordered!
