Worst company and appliances on the market

I wonder how this business is still going. I have a Bennet and Reed Vacuum and I am disgusted in the after sales service. I bought the vacuum from Macro boasting how their parts are so available. So three years down the line I still can't get a filter for my vacuum. Always out of stock and should be coming in soon so I get told. not to sure why I'm even writing this review as they will probably not even respond. I will never buy another appliance with this name on it. What is the use that you can't even buy a replacement filter.
