Will I ever get my refund?

I bought Battle drones from Tevo. Apon arrival I find box already open and not everything in the box. The courier box was still sealed. So 2nd hand stock was shipped to me. They then said that they don't have stock anymore they will have to refund. Jarhaan told me that he will try and get the refund done before the long weekend. He is now on leave and my request was sent for the refund Wednesday the 13th. As I am writing this it is Wednesday the 20th. The guy that should handle it now was on leave when this happend and Jan was unable to assist on Tuesday and today I cannot get hold of him. How long does it take to refund you client?
