WET & DRY VACUUM CLEANER TOUGH 10

I bought the Bennett Read Tough 10 three months ago and it worked for about 2 hours in total. Now the motor overheats in 4 minutes and requires a cool off period of at least 5 minutes and the cycle repeats.

I returned the unit to Game where the Bennett Read representative told me that "we have a lot of returns of this", pointed to the box of hoses and fittings and said "none of this is guaranteed" and furthermore pointed to the body of the machine and said "even if this breaks, it is not guaranteed, only the motor is guaranteed".

Sadly, although the motor is the part that has a problem and many online reviews report the same latent flaw, the supplier is not willing to provide a refund.
