It is not often that I feel inspired to write a letter of recommendation but today I encountered a truly remarkable salesman KHAYA MDAKANE at the Makro Amanzimtoti store.<br> <br> I had taken my elderly mother to the store to purchase a vacuum cleaner. She is on a limited budget and was rather overwhelmed by the variety of appliances available.<br> <br> KHAYA was exceptional - he took the time to explain how each vacuum cleaner worked, took the time to demonstrate how to assemble the various components.<br> <br> He was eloquent, sincere and extremely knowledgeable. My mom was so impressed with his service that she insisted on going back to get his name. and yes she bought the vacuum cleaner.<br> <br> WELL DONE, KHAYA - you are a treasure - I hope your managers realised what a star you are!<br>
