Washing machine from hell

OMW what a joke!! I have had this 7kg front loader washing machine for 6 days and I swear it is going to eat us alive. It violently shakes when spinning and that time I just used the 15 minute quick wash. It even damaged the housing compartment it stays in. I need you guys to get back to me asap. I can't even leave this washing machine on it's own when on because I'm scared of what might happen. DO BETTER!!
