Washing machine faulty soap dispenser liking water

Never buy this brand I am logging a formal complaint with the Ombud they refuse to give me my credit back I bought a washing machine & after 2washes it was liking in less that a month now they refuse to refund me & take it back they are forcing me to do repairs on a brand new washing machine that I spent my hard earned money on. Also their customer service is horrible
