Waiting for over a month for repair service!!!

I bought a Kelvinator washing machine, which is 11 months old (still under a 2 year guarentee). It is a front loader, the seal is not closing tightly anymore when you close the door, so unless you really push the door close the washing machine does not start and beeps continuously. I reported this on the 20 May 2015. House and Home did contact their supplier Electrolux. Electrolux has contacted me, but it's been a month and still my washing machine has not been repaired or replaced. I have told the supplier that no one is home during the day due to working circumstances, and took off an hour of work one day when a day and time was set, but they never showed up. They will phone me 5 minutes before coming through or say they are in front of my house (but of cause I am not home as a appointment was not made). This is highly unprofessional, don't just show up or phone 5 minutes before the day, make an appointment at least by the day before arriving. I want Management to contact me urgently!
