Very poor communication and service

What an absolute disappointment, bought myself a new Vacuum in December and i told the salesman i have dogs so i need one that will work, and boom just a month later the vacuum motor is broken. I only use my vacuum 1 time a week on a Saterday know their excuse is that i over used it!! Send emails to the guys that send me the quote and its been more than a week with no answers! Im so disappointed with this product and will never in my life buy a bennet read again!
