Very disappointed with Bennett read iron bought at game liberty Midlands mall

I bought an iron last year June at game liberty Midlands mall they told me now they wanna book it for repair, I don't understand about what is a guarantee mean them it within a year but they telling they wanna it to be seen by technician, what shall I do within the period of 21 days. At the point of sale this was not explained to us, I was not going to buy this item at the first place. They say money guarantee within 14. That a bull**** nobody explains these things when you are buying their items
