Very bad service

Morning, I was in contact with Hayley Oliver at your Cape Town Service Centre on the 6 June 2021. Three of my four magneto lights batteries just died. Had them less than 2years. How long should they last and price for new batteries I’m a pensioner and was told they should last very long. That’s why I bought them.9June she rep****, Trust you are well, Cost of the battery is R79.95. unfortunately we do not have stock of the battery at the moment. 5 August she rep****, Apologies for the delay. I just confirmed we should be receiving our stock on Tuesday. It is the 19 October now and still waiting, is this how one does business? I also spoke to a few of your consultants at Makro and Game but they too never came back to me.
