Very Bad Aftersale Services

<p>I am looking for Biselle Pro Heat 2X front nozzle esembly ,went to Johannesburg December 2016 placed an order for one till this day no responds. Phone during the week their Johannesburg telephone number is not working so I phone Cape Town to find out. According to them the machine has been discontinued and they don't get any more spares for it. I want to know what am I suppose to do with this very expensive machine which I can't use anymore as the machine is pretty useless without that part? I feel that even though the machine has been discontinued surely you have to have after market sales spares for it. If I knew this I would have rather buy an electrolux atleast you get after market sales with them!!</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
