Vacuum defective No Refund

We bought Bennett Read Wet and Dry Vacuum Tough 15 (1600W) in December and only used it 4 times and the engine gave in. It doesn't even want to switch on. We took it back to Builders Rustenburg where they refused to refund us and sent the vacuum in for repairs which takes 21 days. In the meantime we don't have any vacuum cleaner. I wouldn't recommend this brand at all. Dont waist your time or money....
