Vacuum cleaner

I bought a Bennett Read pet friendly vacuum cleaner in 2020. The motor gets extremely hot and been trying to replace it since March 2022 but I just get no service....since March they have been telling me phone in 2 weeks, every two weeks when I phone its still 2 weeks. That's been going on for 3 months. Eventually after talking to a robot I got an email saying NO STOCK and a price and no answer when I rep****. How much longer do I have to hear 2 weeks, maybe for 2 years....I really in future would not invest in a Bennett Read again. So the skeleton Bennett Read vacuum cleaner will stand and collect dust and I will have to spend money on a new pet friendly vacuum cleaner. Where has customer service gone!!!!!! No explanation, no friendly customer service...just wait 2 weeks
