Useless, dont buy Bennett Read vacuum cleaners...

I agree with other complaints. Not even worth 1 star, and the fact that they dont even reply on hellopeter is testimony to how absolutely appaling their customer service is. We have tried every which way to contact them to fidn out how to get a replacement filter and they have NEVER rep**** or answered emails, online requests.
