I am currently at Game Jabulani Mall to exchange my Bennett Read Iron that was an exchange from a Russell's Hobb iron on the 03.08.2020 to my surprice i was told by Ntombizodwa Thwala that i should come back on the 5th of January 2021 as they do not exchange such brands and the suppliers are closed and i requested to speak to a store Manager a gug by the name of Jantjie came and said theres nothing that they can do and wont refund or exchange as the lady that works with suchbrands is offsick and theres no replacement for her the lady's name is Amanda she works for Tevo a whole manager that doesnt have customer service had the nerve to tell me that i dont want to reason with them who on their right sense wears wrinkled clothes no i must wait for them to send the iron for assessment.
