Unsafe pots

I bought a set of Bennet Read pots. After the first few uses I had to fasten the handles as all the handles was feeling loose. While cooking the bottom part of the knobe fell into my food. If I didn't have to stir the food and hear the sound of the ***** someone could have gotten that in their food. I feel these pots are unsafe and needs to be re-asses for cooking.
