Unreliable equipment &Bad Service

I bought a Bennett Read ONE vacuum cleaner and it's ******* equipment. I asked for refund and they refused to refund me I only used their equipment twice and the rubber on the nozzle came out and it's hard to find the replacement. People mustn't buy Tevo products , they're expensive but unreliable. "NO VALUE FOR MONEY "
