Unprofessional Customer Service and *********** Sales Rep

I bought a Bennett vacuum cleaner from Pick n Pay Ottery and after a year it broke, I took it to PnP and they said I could chat to the Tevo rep. I chatted to the Tevo Rep Henry and he assured me he will send my Vacuum cleaner away for repairs and let me know when I can collect it, After a month of waiting and no contact I went to PnP and his co worker said the vacuum cleaner is still there and was not sent away but he will get Henry to call me that Monday, After waiting all week for the call that never came I went back to find out what is happening with my Vacuum cleaner and Henry was not there but his co worker gave me his number, when I called him he said I'm invading his space and why am I calling him? This is utterly unprofessional and disrespectful!!! is this how Tevo staff treats their customers? he has no professionalism and his clearly *********** in his job as there was more customers complaining about him. I would like Tevo to look into this matter and if this cannot be resolved I will never buy another product from them!
