Unhelpful Customer Service

I recently emailed looking for a part. I sent a clear picture of the part I needed, the person that rep**** had no clue what I was talking about, tried to offer me something completely different and eventually just said they don't have "that part" in stock. Surely if your staff are unsure of the parts of your products they are in the wrong department or they can hand the query over to someone who does know instead of just brushing it off.
