UNHAPPY WITH PRODUCT

while shopping for a new Hoover vacuum machine from Game stores, I was bombarded by a Tevo/Bissell salesperson, he insisted that his machine was so much better than a hoover and convinced me that I will love his machine, it will do more than what the normal hoover is doing for us, The Hoover was on special for R599, the Bissell was R800, after all the convincing, I thought I would give it a try, he told me that if I am not happy, i can take it back to any game store with the slip and box, and they will refund me, I haven't been happy with the product, I packed it up and took it to back, only to be screamed at by the Tevo sales person at game westgate, a short coloured lady, she had no customer service skills, she handed me over to the regional sales manager who was even more abrupt, he refused to authorise the return, he told me that I have to read the CPA, which I have and it states (According to Chapter 2, Section 56, a consumer can return goods to a supplier within 6 months of their delivery, if the goods fail to satisfy the agreed standards and requirements (which state that the goods must be in good working order, free of defects etc - see Section 55 for details).
