Unhappy Customer of TEVO Bennett Read Vacuum

I purchased a Bennett Read vacuum cleaner on 14 Nov 2020. the sales person in Game Pavilon assured me that this is a quality product and has a 2 year warranty. if anything goes wrong its under warranty. the machine started to act up, took machine back to Game Pavilon 17 Sept 2021 after speaking to several managers they now state that the machine has to be booked in and it can take up to 21 working days. i was not happy as this now inconveniences us without a vacuum cleaner that is supposedly under warranty. to date i have not received any feedback!
