Unhappy client with Bennett Read Blender

I bought a Bennett Read blender at Makro for the first time, just used twice, then the motor broker. Took it back at Makro, after I was told that I have a guarantee, I am now told that I made overheat by let it run for too long. Very disappointed after I was advised that it was the best brand. They say they will fix, don't have faith in the product anymore. My money down the drain.
