Unhappy Bennet Read client

I am a very unhappy customer and will not buy a product from Bennet Read or use Game George again.

The customer service received today was extremely unprofessional, the so called management for Bennet Read product could not answer me directly, she coughs and sniffles and is impatient, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

During the purchase, the product was not explained that I have 6 months money back and the product will not be exchanged if faulty.

The kettle has been taken in for repair, what if it short-circuits? Who will be held accountable?

My suggestion would really be to request your sales people to provide complete and correct information to customers, this product was sold and told Mrs to keep the slip if any problems bring it back, which was not the action/aftercare at all.

On the contrary, I would have received better service and replacement on a R200 kettle from instead of a R500 kettle.
