UNABLE TO OBTAIN SPARE PARTS - BENNETT READ TOUGH 15 TEVO

UNABLE TO OBTAIN SPARE PARTS - BENNETT READ TOUGH 15 FROM TEVO - The pipe / hose broke. I have tried to make contact with a Tevo representative in the spares dept NUMEROUS times but no success after mails and phone calls. Seems they are the only guys selling spares parts for these vacuums. I need a new pipe ASAP, please contact me...!!
