UNABLE TO OBTAIN SPARE PARTS - BENNETT READ HYDRO TEVO

I have a Bennett Read compact Hydro vacuum and it appears the filter is blocked or may need a service, it runs and has suction when powered on but when I connect the vacuum pipe, it does not have sufficient suction to vacuum. I have tried to make contact with a Tevo representative in the spares dept however, no luck they told me that they cannot assist and cannot provide me with the information I need to order a new spare, and that I should contact Verimark. (even though they are the Bennet and read representatives). I might need a new filter for Bennett and read compact hydro vac, please contact me...
