UNABLE TO OBTAIN SPARE PARTS - BENNETT READ HYDRO FROM TEVO

I bought a Bennett Read Hydro vacuum cleaner some time ago and the pipe broke in different places. I have tried to make contact with a Tevo representative in the spares dept but no success after phone calls and messages. Seems they are the only guys selling spares parts for these vacuums. I need a new pipe, please contact me the soonest...
