Unable to obtain spare parts

The pipe of the Bennett Read vacuum cleaner which I bought just over two years ago has broken in three places. I have been following up with Tevo (as agents for Bennett Read products) for six weeks now with no luck.

I keep being told that stock usually arrives within a couple of days but when I follow up a week or two later I just hear the same story and again and again.

Stay away from Bennett Read products or anything else distributed or supposedly "supported" by Tevo!
