Unable to communicate.

I purchased a Bennett Read 28l microwave and registered it on the instruction book's QR code to ensure the oven was covered for an additional year's guarantee. I was uncomfortable with the process and tried to get confirmation. I first phoned Tevo's number *** only to receive a message, "this mailbox is full." I then wrote my query to their website email address but got a message saying the mail could not be sent!
