This Company is going to close down soon at this rate.

Bought an inverter from the Retail Crossing branch, the 4th time bringing it back (because it just keeps breaking at least once a month) the lady in the store offered me a refund. I accepted and then went and bought an Ecoflow inverter instead, after about 2 weeks the store called and said that they can’t refund me and that they can only exchange the unit, which they have done 3 times already (also note that the warranty was about to expire) how can you sell units that break at least once a month with occasional use?

It has been 2 months and I am yet to receive my refund, all this has also been happening while I wait for my much larger and expensive inverter to be repaired by them as well.
