This after sae service will make me avoid any TEVO product

I need 2 belts for my Bissell Pro heat home pump belt and brush belt and i have called all the tevo numbers and emailed with no support or even an reply. the one time i got a reply is there is no spare available this has been discontinued the spare places also do not keep spares they advice to contact TEVO then one expects at least the support from the supplier. this really put me off from any tevo products.
