The journey of loosing customers

I bought a Bennet Read iron which is from Tevo, it stopped working within the warranty period I took it back to tevo in polokwane, unfortunately I was told they will not replace it but they will fix it. It was fixed & working, but not long afterwards it stopped working again. I took it to Tevo Midrand branch, it's been there for the past 2 weeks. Today I received a call from thabang @ tevo, telling me that they have sent a quotation to fix the Iron. How many times must I the customer keep paying for something that they themselves said that, the type of Iron has a problem, its been returned by many customers, many times?
