The extra mile!

In January this year I bought a Zingo Scooter X100 from Hi Fi Corporation for my child and the battery charger stopped functioning after a short while. The charger was not covered by the warranty and since February I have been trying to find this specific charger. <br> At the Tevo warehouse they didn't have stock available and couldn't help. In the end I wrote to the national sales executive Paul Bennett. He promptly rep**** that it would receive his immediate action and the following day a charger was delivered to my home. Great attitude and great service!<br> <br>
