TEVOI HAS THE WORST SERVICE EVER.

I have ordered spare parts for my Bennet and Read vacuum almost 3 months ago, I have received one of the parts, not yet the other one. No one comes back to me, when I send emails, I am ignored, when I phone the excuse is that it will be dispatched tomorrow, for the last three months. I have paid for my stuff already, i am quite fed up with Kempton Park Tevo. I am so disappointed, have bee asking for a refund aswell, i dont even get a reply.
