TEVO/BENNETT READ - Worst products ever!

Good day,

I am furious as i am typing this mail, I bought the sapphire glow breakfast pack at makro edenvale earlier this week...paid R1699 for it...got home, opened it, and the kettle was dented.

got in my car today, drove to makro, got a refund, I went and took another one. I checked and open the box toe see if the kettle was wasn't dented...all seems fine.

Got home, and I noticed a rattling sound as I started moving it, when i attempted to toggle the on/off switch...it was stuck. So I had a closer look..and saw there is s ***** stuck in the on/off mechanism!

So do you wan't to tell me a product such as Bennet Read, and which i paid a premium price for are both defective?? what kind of quality control does your products go through?? So now I have to get in my car AGAIN, to swop it out?? I can understand if i paid R100 for the kettle, but this is a premium product?? Needless to say, I though Bennet Read was a smart and premium brand, and me setting up house, was impressed by the look and apparent good quality... this brand is absolute horse ****, and i won't probably buy Bennet Read/Tevo products again!

PS....ALSO NO ONE ANSWERS THIER PHONES! WHAT IS THE USE YOU HAVE A ****ING NATIONAL CALL CENTRE, BUT NO ONE CAN HELP YOU??!!
