Tevo/Bennet Read carpet washer with no support

I gave up on Tevo/Bennet Read with a carpet washer that is giving me pain and problems from the beginning. I bought it at Kloppers Bloemfontein some years ago. On opening the box, water and some loose parts fell out of the box. Kloppers replaced unwillingly, as I was not satisfied with a repair on a "new" carpet washer. The replacement lasted for one wash before a part had to be supp**** (stripped from another washer). Some more problems: connection from the water tank to the machine is broken. The hose is hanging on a thread. My problem: Why are there no spare parts, even though the product is discontinued. I asked for assistance on Messenger and the very active robotic answering system promised me someone will make contact. That was 12 September 2020.
