Tevo Whisper Bennet Read Vacuum. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!
If I could give a zero rating I would. Bought a Whisper Bennet Read vacuum at Makro that packed up after 6 months. Makro service centre is not the most helpful but even they don't want to deal with these enquiries and tell you to phone Tevo service centre direct. I have been getting promises for 4 weeks but still have no vacuum. There were no parts available. Friday someone called Lance at the service centre promised that the vacuum would be delivered by 18h00. Needless to say nothing arrived and the tel nr he gave is out of service. This morning my calls to the service centre is ended as soon as the call goes through and calls to the national number goes directly to a voicemail . Whatever you do don't buy a product from this company. Bad quality and bad service all round.
