TEVO WASTE OF MONEY

I had bought my power up pet upright vacuum from Tevo factory shop in port elizebeth and not even 3 uses and it stopped suctioning and started blowing out dust. Then one part at the bottom just fell off. I called them told them they said 6 months guarantee they told me no only 3 months and that's only on the motor. They said to bring in I did even tho they were so far away from where i am then they said 500 and something just to fix the one part and nothing was wrong with it. I mean I can buy a whole new vacuum with 500.anyways I took it back and they even forgot to give me the broken part back. still have it laying here.tried cleaning it everything still blows out dust and isnt suctioning from the bottom at all What a waste of money. I'll never buy a tevo product again. Wont waste my money
