TEVO warranty and spares disaster

Bought a vacuum cleaner 11 months ago, and did the TEVO extended maintenance. The cleaner cost R3000 and stopped working, went to Game and they said that the band broke and is not covered under warranty, apparently not much is covered under warranty on Bennet Read appliances. Went to TEVO warehouse and they just tell me that they don't have stock of that part and cannot order it either. The warranty of Bennet Read means nothing and R3000 was lost after 11 months!!
