Tevo vacuum cleaner replacement part woes

Don’t buy from this company! Their products generally work well enough when they work. The trouble starts when you need replacement parts. It. Is. Impossible. ‘Product has been discontinued’ will most likely be the response. I suppose it is a great way to keep sales up, if customers have to buy an entire new vacuum cleaner when a fitting or a pipe breaks. I will be buying a well-known name from now on, thank you very much.
