When I bought the vacuum cleaner yeaterday I was assured that it is a very efficient and powerful vacuum cleaner because I specifically mentioned to the salesperson that I have a lot of carpets in my house and that I need a vacuum cleaner that will work well on carpets. When I tested it on a carpet I noticed that it is almost impossible to move the vacuum head over the carpet. I then realised that the vacuum head had no wheels. No matter how hard I try or at what angle I hold the pipe or on what setting I put the vacuum head I can hardly move the head over the carpet. How can a vacuum cleaner be designed and advertised for this purpose and then not work at all? It is terribly frustrating to try and use the machine. I proceeded to attach my old vacuum cleaners' head to the new pipe and luckily it fit perfectly. Now the head (which has wheels) moves smoothly over the carpet and I can vacuum without difficulty. I am not satisfied with the poor quality design of the vacuum head and request that I be provided with a replacement head. I will return the machine for a refund if I don't receive a workable replacement with wheels.
