Tevo: Terrible Repair Service
<p>After my first Tevo vacuum cleaner died after 1 year and 6 months, I bought my second (what was I thinking?!) and upgraded to a larger machine. Yet after 4 months, this one two had died. I was promised a repair within 3 weeks. It is now 5 weeks and I receive no assistance or call backs when I phone the service centre.</p> <p> </p> <p>I want a refund or a new machine!!</p>
