Tevo support not available

I have 2 Bissell Easy Vac vacuum cleaners bought at Game about 3-4 years ago. Great vacuum cleaners, but the problem to get spare parts is ridiculous. I spoke to someone yesterday at the central customer centre who was putting me through to the Cape Town service centre. The line went dead. Cape Town doesn't answer at all and now Central customer centre doesn't answer either. I have called 20 times!!! What is happening to Tevo and their service and to top it all, I see Game is now not selling Bissell anymore but identical vacuum cleaner called Genesis. Should I speak to Genesis instead?!!!
