Tevo Sucks

Terrible after sales. Staff are useless. You simply cannot get through to their lines. You wait forever and eventually get frustrated and then put down. All I needed was a lock for the vacuum. I was then told to go to Midrand. The staff are so useless, they don't even know their own parts. They brought many different parts to me in a space of about an hour. Can you believe it, only to say they now don't have it. Will never ever buy a Tevo product again. Terribly disappointed.
