Tevo Strubensvalley

I sent an email to Tevo in Strubensvalley asking a question about a product and got no answer so l drove there. When l stopped at the shopping centre l heard what can only be described as a Kwaito disco coming from the shop, walked in filled in my covid form, took my own temp and this woman walks in from the back and turns down the music. She could not answer my question about the product l wanted so l left my number. I got an sms from her answering my question and l rep**** with instructions to order the product for me, no reply. So l rep**** to my own email thread (the one that was initially not answered) and 4 days later still no reply. I will not beg you to take my money. Will never use this store again, you have no respect for your customers and this lax behaviour is not on. Shocking shocking service!!!
