Tevo Stay away from thwm

Never buy anything from Tevo online. I bought a Bennett Read Electric Blanket King Size online. Within 2 weeks the one side stopped working. It was a process to find any after sales info online. Eventually I found an e-mail address and I was told to take it to my nearest Tevo branch for an exchange with no luck. I was told that I should take it back home and a courier will come and collect the Non-working blanket and do deliver a new one…. Well I’m still waiting after lots of e-mails between me and Sondile at the “customer care” e-mail address I am absolutely never ever again buying anything from Tevo. This is an on going saga. And lastly they have all my past transactions on record… I have bought a couple of things from them in the past NEVER AGAIN
