tevo " so called" extended guarantee

I tried to register my purchase guarantee online, as per the booklet of Tevo. However, it's not possible as you require a p/w to actually register. One of the 2 CT telephone numbers is no longer in existence and while waiting to be put "through to the right person", by using the alternative no, resulted in the call simply being ended. The customer service help line, - is no longer in service. Why advertise an additional 12 months guarantee extension on the purchase, if it's not possible to register for this service. I am so disappointed, and I probably should have known this will happen. I have given up to register for the so called additional guarantee. Nicolene. ***
