Tevo Slimline Fan Makro Springfield
I purchased a tevo fan as a gift mid October 2020 from Makro Springfield Park Durban. The gift was unwanted and unopened so I took it back to the store to return .
A tevo consultant broke the seal in front of me and other customers, he then went on to accuse me of *****ing a remote which wasn't in the box. He then got security to remove me from the returna division, painting a picture of me been a *****.
No one spends almost 1000 rand just to ***** a remote or to use it for a while and give it back .
The consultant at the makro store was named Derrick.
I find this unacceptable, given that I own many other household appliances from Tevo
