Tevo shocking service

The service department at tevo is shocking to say the least. I've waited over 2 months for a part that was first supp**** incorrectly after I had paid for it. Themba in the service department does not even bother to reply to emails or messages left. This kind of service is shocking and since then I have thrown your ******* vacuum cleaner in the bin and have bought else where where I get brilliant service. Never again will I buy another tevo product. Your service is a disgrace and people in the service department don't deserve their jobs!!
